The system freezes up as soon as I touched the volume bar. No sound come out from the external device connected to the Line-In port. I have the same one and paid about $2000 and extended warranty but HP won't be able to help to fix the issue. I have been on the phone with their techs for more than 8 hours on the cell phone between two days but the issue has not been fixed. I am still under the first year (bought it about 8 months ago) factory warranty and also have three more extended warranty. Can I still be able to return it? Advise me.
